Welcome to the 2025 version of the Start/Sit Breakdown. This article focuses on the questions you, our subscribers, ask most frequently each week, including our start-sit decisions. I will maintain, though, that there is far too much focus on who to start and not enough emphasis on roster construction. After 30 years of playing this game, I’ve found that worrying less about start-and-sit decisions and more about proper roster construction has led to greater success. We spend each week racking our brains over who to use in the flex spot, as three or four players share a similar outlook. I’d rather load my bench with players who have a potential path to high-volume workloads. That means some weeks, my bench is loaded with players scoring little to no points. I’m okay with that, because having a bench full of mid-level scoring doesn’t help my starting lineup and makes setting lineups a chore… Rich Maletto breaks down all of the toughest start/sit Fantasy Football questions of NFL Week 6!
