San Francisco 49ers RB Christian McCaffrey (Achilles) was a full participant in practice on Friday, Nov. 8, after being limited the two days prior and is questionable for Week 10. Head coach Kyle Shanahan did say, however, that McCaffrey is ‘good to go.’
