Brewer, TE Sal Cannella, P Nolan Cooney, DL Judge Culpepper, OG Xavier Delgado, DL Mike Greene, LB Antonio Grier, LB Daniel Grzesiak, OT Luke Haggard, CB Andrew Hayes, CB Keenan Isaac, RB Ramon Jefferson, WR Cephus Johnson, OG Ryan Johnson, C Avery Jones, WR Latreal Jones, LB Vi Jones, WR Tanner Knue, DL Brandon Matterson, CB Chris McDonald, OT Lorenz Metz, WR Ryan Miller, LB Jay Person, TE Tanner Taula, WR Raleigh Webb, RB D.J. Williams and S Rashad Wisdom were waived Tuesday, Aug. 27. The team also released WR Cody Thompson, LS Zach Triner, TE David Wells and QB John Wolford as well as waived/injured LB Kalen DeLoach (undisclosed), LB Shaun Peterson Jr. (undisclosed) and DL Lwal Uguak (undisclosed). RB Chase Edmonds (knee) and WR Rakim Jarrett (undisclosed) were placed on the Reserve/Injured list, but Jarrett has been designated to return later in the season.
