Baltimore Ravens LB Roquan Smith was fined more than $16,000 by the National Football League for a hip-drop tackle during the final minute of Week 7’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers which resulted in an ankle dislocation for WR Chris Godwin. As a result of the tackle, Godwin had to undergo surgery and will miss the remainder of the season.
