Houston Texans QB C.J. Stroud worked hard on his speed in the offseason to help him evade defenders in the pocket after he was sacked 52 times and pressured on 38.6% of his drop-backs in 2024.
‘I’ve been working really hard on getting my body right – losing body fat, trying to be faster, stronger. And it went really well. … (Working) pocket mobility, running out the pocket, throwing the rock. Everything kind of works hand in hand,’ Stroud said recently.
