Updating previous reports, San Francisco 49ers WR Ricky Pearsall (shoulder) has been dealing with a shoulder subluxation, which is similar to an injury that he sustained in college. According to head coach Kyle Shanahan, the team has been giving the injury time to heal but is hopeful that he can resume practicing during the upcoming week.
