San Francisco 49ers OT Trent Williams (knee) will test his knee during pregame warmups prior to Week 2’s contest against the New Orleans Saints Sunday, Sept. 14, to see if he can play. He had been listed as questionable on the injury report after participating in just one of the team’s three practice sessions during the week on a limited basis. If Williams is unable to suit up, OT Spencer Burford would start at left tackle instead.
