Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow (toe) returned to practice in a limited capacity earlier this week and reportedly looked good while taking pass skeleton reps and participating in 7-on-7 drills. He is targeting a Week 13 return to action versus the Baltimore Ravens on Thanksgiving Day, although a more realistic scenario would be to come back for Week 14’s contest against the Buffalo Bills Dec. 7. Burrow plans to resume playing regardless of the Bengals’ record and is likely to have a metal plate in his shoe when he does return, which will limit his mobility, according to multiple sources.
