Updating a previous report, Los Angeles Chargers QB Justin Herbert (hand) has a break in his left hand, and he will have surgery Monday, Dec. 1, head coach Jim Harbaugh said. The coach wasn’t sure if Herbert will be forced to miss any time. Herbert finished with 15-of-20 for 151 yards, two touchdowns and one interception with eight rushing yards in Week 13 against the Las Vegas Raiders. He left briefly due to the injury to his non-throwing hand, but returned wearing a protective glove, and he finished the game.
