Updating an earlier report, Washington Commanders RB Austin Ekeler (Achilles) is believed to have suffered a ruptured Achilles’ tendon during the team’s Week 2 matchup with the Green Bay Packers. He will undergo imaging to confirm the injury on Friday, Sept. 12. Prior to departing, Ekeler carried the ball eight times for 17 yards to go along with two receptions for seven yards.
