The Dallas Cowboys are expected to prioritize negotiations with WR CeeDee Lamb on a contract extension over talks with QB Dak Prescott on a long-term deal because of Lamb’s intentions to hold out from training camp. Prescott is expected to participate in the team’s first practice session Thursday, July 25.
