Free-agent CB L’Jarius Sneed (Titans) had his criminal charges dismissed, according to attorney Michael J. Todd. Sneed originally was charged with aggravated assault that was reduced by the grand jury to the misdemeanor offense of failure to report the commission of a felony. The state of Texas dismissed the misdemeanor completely Friday, May 1.
