RB Jamaal Williams (groin) was limited in practice all week and is listed as doubtful. CB Rico Payton (back) did not practice all week but is listed as questionable. WR Cedrick Wilson Jr. (hip), OL Nick Saldiveri (shoulder) and DT John Ridgeway (oblique) were limited in practice on Friday and are listed as questionable. LB Nephi Sewell (knee) and OL Shane Lemieux (knee) practiced in full all week but are also listed as questionable. QB Derek Carr (oblique) and RB Alvin Kamara (hand, rib) were limited in practice on Friday but have been removed from the injury report. S Tyrann Mathieu (illness) and TE Juwan Johnson (shoulder) practiced in full on Friday and also no longer appear on the injury report.
